1. About this platform
Metric CRM is an independent software platform used by motor carriers and recruitment teams to manage driver applicants. Each organization using the platform controls its own candidate data and recruitment workflow.
2. Information we collect
When applicants submit information through a connected lead form or are added by a recruiter, the platform may store name, phone number, email address, location, CDL details, and related recruitment notes uploaded by authorized staff.
3. How information is used
Data is used solely by the recruiting organization to evaluate applications, contact candidates, track pipeline progress, and manage hiring documentation. The platform does not sell applicant data to third parties.
4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Organizations may connect their Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts so Instant Form submissions, messages, and comments are imported into their workspace. The platform uses Meta's Graph API with tokens stored for that organization only. Page access tokens are not shown to recruiters.
5. Data storage and security
Applicant data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Access is restricted to authenticated users within each organization based on role permissions.
6. Data retention and deletion
Each organization determines how long records are retained for its recruitment process. Applicants may contact the recruiting company directly to request access or deletion of their information.
